My membership is due for renewal this month and I have a credit voucher on my BF account.
Can this be used in part payment for my Club Voyage membership or will I need to use it towards my next crossing?
Hopefully someone on here will know the answer so I don’t need to phone them and listen to that on-hold music for what seems like hours on end!!!

Ah right, that makes sense - though I would have renewed anyway.
They also put in the renewal email how much we'd saved on our crossings in the last year - about £190 apparently.

I didn't know that, good info. I know I have some credit built up from friends and family. Already booked next years ferry and I can use credit against this trip when issued as long as the credit is used before final payment is made and standard or flexi booking made.
