We are travelling in mid June staying at Le Paradis, towing caravan. We are on overnight ferry to Caen arriving early morning and travelling down for an overnight stop at Petit Trianon de saint Ustre. Any tips for route to take / avoid from overnight stay to Le Paradis? We have a toll tag TIA.

Having booked an overnight site you can’t really vary your route unless you cancel the overnight booking.
But a better route would be to take the D943 from Tours to Chateauroux and then the free A20 autoroute southwards from there. Abundant overnight sites that way without any need for booking in June
No need to book anywhere in June. Just take your ACSI book and stop when you feel like it. That way you are not pressured to arrive anywhere by any time.

Pretty much the route we use on our 3 / 4 journeys a year back to England,
apart from Tours to Chateauroux via A85 to Selles sur Cher and then D956 via Valencay.
At Dordogne end, leave A20 at J51 (Brive) take D1089 then D6089 through Terrasson to Le Lardin, D704 to Montignac and D706 to St Leon.
