Brittany have now published their prices for 2027 a lot earlier than in past years. We have just booked our ferry to Spain in January. The price is about £200 mor expensive than last year.

It seems very early for French crossings but better for the winter Spain trips, especially if you want a particular cabin type.

We found it very hard the last couple of years to even get a ferry, they seemed to get booked up within the first day of being out. We like to get a 4 berth inside cabin as I struggle to get on the top bunk of a 2 berth one.

Presumably due to increased fuel prices thanks to the little US adventure in Iran.

More than likely.

You pay well in advance and can amend, but if you have to cancel you will only get 50% refunded

That's true. Ive had problems getting the ferry I want when the dates came out at the end of July, Im willing to take the chance, as Ive not had to cancel in the last 28 years. If for some reason I have to cancel thats a chance Im willing to take.
