The Dutch government are introducing road tolls for vehicles greater than 3.5t registered weight, the tolls apply to motorways, trunk roads and some municipal roads.
The tolls come into effect on 1st July 2026 and apply to foreign as well as Dutch registered vehicles. The Dutch system requires an On Board Unit (OBU), which tracks your use of the roads and bills you accordingly. Watch the video at this website to see how it works
Foreign motorhomes greater than 3.5t can apply for an exemption, it says you'll need your certificate of conformity although that may mean your V5c. The official RDW website explains how to get you exemption
This came as news to me that it was going to happen.
