Hi, can anyone recommend a good campsite near Barcalona and north of Malaga, or do you have any top tips for camping in Spain during the summer.

This will be our first trip to Spain and not sure what to expect. The campsites on the web seem expensive, is it the same all over? and should we book the sites before we go?

Theres 100s of campsites along the 600 miles of coast between Barcelona & Malaga--so you dont really need to book--the ones with websites are usually big with all facilties-shops pools etc which are expensive in high season (Jul/Aug)---but theres smaller ones that are cheaper-it gets extremely hot-30 degrees+ in Jul/Aug--maybe too hot if you aint got an air conditioned hotel to go back to--happy camping!---
