Can anyone recommend a Caravan site for tourers around 2 hrs or so south of Calais. If possible near the coast with a club and pool plus kids activities ?  Looking to travel next Aug - got the ferry sorted just need a place to stay !!

Any help will be much appreciated.

Simon.

There are a lot of good websites try this one:  http://www.campingfrance.com/    and   http://www.eclipse.co.uk/~su1884/francenorth.htm

You say 2 hours from Calais, were you thinking of using Autoroutes as much as possible? this governs how far you get of course, the Normandy coast north of Le Havre tends to have small sites, you could think about Deauville and along to the 'Beaches'.  Alternatively, this place always seems to get a good write up:                                Camping La Bien Assise
