Anyone been to this site and can tell me if my teenagers can have lessons for sailing and windsurfing? I would be grateful for any comments about the site. Thanks

Have a look at

We've been looking at this site too and would be interested if anyone's been there.

Hi, the sailing school at Domaine de la Rive is open from 1st May until 12th September. The website is www.larive.fr I stayed there a couple of years ago, it's a bit isolated but very close to the lake, they also do water skiing there.

Phil.

We were there about 5 years ago - they were doing lessons but they didn't seem cheap. The site had a lovely beach on the lake which shelves gently and was very pleasantly warm. We intended to go to the sea most days but hardly ever made it as the kids [then 9 and 7]enjoyed just walking to the lake. We hired a mobilehome - they were obsessively keen on cleaning. The 4 berth were hired had a tiny kids bedroom. There were many UK teenagers on site - often in karge groups - one or two of whom were loud and crude - but that is the same everywhere I guess.
