Has anyone been to Camping Les Sables Blancs. Its witihn walking ditance of concareau near beach etc and looks pretty good and small/family run etc. Website says they have pool planned for 2006. Can anyone feedback what it's like etc.

Morgie. we stayed at les sables blancs, in june 2004 it is on a lovely beach the   facilitys were quite adequate, there was a shop and a bar/resturaunt with entertainment, but there was not a lot of pitches with shade,as for walking to concarneau you would need plenty of stamina its about 40 miles away.but you could drive down the peninsular to Quiberon about 10 mins, a nice fishing port with nice fish resturaunts. if you do go use the coastal b. road it has wonderful veiws..royell.      thats got rid of blue face for you.
