If you mean by a lake then some of the sites around Lake Garda have boat-launching nearby - we've stayed at Camping L'Eden, near Salo, at the bottom end of the lake. I don't know if it had it's own marina but was certainly very near the lakeside. Try looking in the Alan Rogers guide - each site review contains information about specific facilities, and you may find one with a marina. I know our friends were Canvas Holiday couriers on a site in Tuscany which had a marina nearby (they described coffee near the marina, in their emails). Good luck. Happy holidays.
