We are camping outside of Paris and then driving down to the vendee next year.  We thought that we would stop off near puy de Fou to do the theme park.

Can anyone recomend a nice b and b/ hotel? Don't mind splashing out for a bit of luxury

You could stop at Chant D'Oiseau they have bed and breakfast rooms or a couple of gites as well as a camping site. The site is about an hour and 15 minutes from Puy de Fou. Stu and Syb would look after you. We have just come back from two weeks in their gite. Very comfortable a home from home!
