Hi

Went to Les Amiaux last year and really enjoyed it. The site is spread over two sides of the road with a underpass to get from one side to the other. The side of the entrance has the shop, bar, launderette etc and what was probably the original pool with one slide, across the road there is the pool with 5 coloured slides into it plus a lovely indoor pool quite new and very cool in there despite the glass exterior which was a welcome relief from the sun at times. All the picthes are hedged off and the facilities were very clean. Our pitch on the opposite side of the road to the entrance took both english and two pin european hook ups. The beach was lovely but a bit of a trek through a lovely pine forest. The only downside I would say was that there wasn't much within walking distance. The site is on the road betweem St jean du monts and Notre dame du monts about half way between the two. If you wanted to go to St jean at night you would need to drive or get the bus.

However we really enjoyed the site and would definately consider returning if we went to the area.

If you want to know anything else please feel free to mail me cartwri16 at blueyonder.co.uk
