bloomin useless, why is it when i go through all the hassle of dates, lengths, cabins etc i then calculate price and there a server error. its been like this 24 hours now.Is it just me or has anyone else had trouble.

I cannot use the P & O web site it just take my computer down or freeze's it I have tried many times over the last 2 years and the same thing happens. I think that maybe it has something on it that my anti virus does not like. I dont have problems with other sites.
Selected crossings - £76 outward and £31 return plus fuel surcharge.When I clicked continue the following page showed £70 outward and £70 return plus fuel surcharge !
When I querried this via e-mail I was informed that the prices I had selected were only ment as a guide. Strange as this has never been the case in the past.
The e-mail reply also stated that the P&O website did not to intend to mislead customers.
Also when I clicked for either earlier or later crossings on the same dates the prices jumped to about £260 each way and stayed on that price when I returned to my original crossing choices.
I've just had the problem of 'moving prices' too - checking up on fares for car only, just after Christmas, and £15 fares selected from the choices then mysteriously changed to £31 or £70 on the pricing page! You're right, something's going on!!!

P & O website won't work for me. When I get to the return date it just keeps opening new windows and I have to shut the computer down. I met somebody on holiday last May who has the same problem. I contacted P & O about the problem but havn't received any advice.

yep, i had this last week when the site actually did work.complete waste of space.i booked a minicruise 3 weeks ago online and they tried to debit my visa 34 times.that wasn`t there fault either,it was mine for booking on a weekend out of office hours.....
I too have had trouble with the P & O site, so I don't bother now just book with SeaFrance, no problems and often the cheapest fares around. It's also very easy to juggle the times around and see how the prices change.If you sign up for their Newsletter you quite often get special offers on crossings which make them even better vfm.
