Can anyone tell me why, when we went through customs in Calais in September no-one was bothered about checking any caravans or motorhomes, but yesterday they were searching every one when we went through.

They said the record for illegals in a Motorhome is 15!!!

I suppose motorhomes coming through Calais in Septemberis a pretty usual sight - whereas most people wouldn't go on a motorhome holiday in mid-winter, so straight away it raises suspicion.

Hi Stu, Made it home safely and back in the office now! Don't think they got the prize yet. Apparently they said they caught 137 on Wed night. If thats how many they caught how many are getting through?
