I've been looking online for campsites in Spain and they all seem to have quite small pitches. 

Can anyone recommend any sites with pitches > 100m2?

http://www.caravaning.es/   Caravaning La Manga has  90m2 and 110m2 pitches. The larger pitches are nearer the beach and all hedged, which gives a large diegree of privacy despite it being a large site. This is our second winter here and we love it, although we nearly didn't come at all because of negative comments I read about the site.
