Are there any small cheap CL Type sites, no pools e.t.c. in the Vendee area for a small family that anyone can recommend.  We love the area but not all the razzmatzz.  I had enough organised fun when I was in the Army.  Thanking you in advance...

You may be better looking at Camping a la ferme sites. I think they have a website or are part of the Gites de France organisation. Google should bring it up.
