We are planning a trip to Germany for our family hols this year, we've never been over the water with our caravan before, and having three young children and a teenager to take along makes us all the more apprehensive about the whole thing. We were thinking of a ferry to Calais, then a stop over for the night, then travelling on to stay in the Rhien Valley/Black Forest area, any suggestions for good campsites and any advice or tips would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
