a small amount of condensation can be got rid of by removing the bungs and letting the windows breathe, be careful if removing bungs , they have a habit of falling inside the window.
looking at that window it seems to have quite a lot of condensation are you sure the window has not started to de-laminate, open up the window fully , and check around the inner join between the outer and inner panes

I drilled mine in the very bottom corner at the lowest point. All that liquid is going to pool in that bottom corner and if you look closely you will probably see it. Drill a 1 - 2mm hole as near the bottom as possible angling it upwards to simply act as a drain for the water that is getting in due to delamination. It won't fix the leak that's causing the issue, but it will improve visibility through the window.
