Usual issue with pile’em high sell’em cheap merchants is that they do not have sufficient workshop facilities or skilled staff to service their large customer base. So problems with pre sale preparation & after sales service are likely to arise.
Probably the largest caravan dealer in the north. We bought a new caravan from them, few little warranty issues which they sorted pretty quickly. Sale and hand over went well.
I did feel some of there 2nd hand caravans were overpriced.
I too would highly recommend Leeds caravan centre. Just bought a new Elddis (well, a Compass) from them this summer. Absolutely brilliant. Genuine helpful, friendly people. I've had a couple of very small niggles with the van and they couldn't have been more helpful, or sensible.

When I changed my motor mover a couple of years ago I bought it from Glossop Caravans,when I tried to price match same item with more local dealers I was told that Glossop were selling them at less than they could buy them.
Our recent experience was excellent.
Got a decent trade in for the van and separately for the awning. Got a very good deal indeed for a new mover.
The handover was very thorough.
