We have a Citroen Nemo / Peugeot Bipper and, according to an outfit matching site we can use a unit up to 600 Kgs
Can anyone suggest a Caravan that is that light?
We got this info from the Towcar Info site
Quote - Good
Car is relatively heavy compared to caravan
Higher speeds are safely possible
Bad
Usability highest gear
Verdict
The Peugeot Bipper - 1.4 and the Caravan as an example of a laden weight of 600 kg is a combination just suitable for most journeys but also with some limitations.

We regularly move a small Tractor on its trailer with the Citroen Nemo / Peugeot Bipper and have had not problems moving 750Kgs lump
Eriba Puck would do the job. Even the modern ones are only 500kg unladen. Daft expensive though. Usally several on ebay. First thing to look at is underneath. Check the thin steel tube chassis members around bottom edge. Bad rust means damp from above so walk away. Plenty of good ones about though. Even back to 1980s.
Check tow weight in your car handbook & V5 though. Early Nemo are 600kg. Later models are 1tonne max. If you have early model with lower tow weight you should not be towing your tractor on the road.

The later 1.3 diesel model has 1tonne max tow weight so you have much more choice of cheaper caravan. Freedom would be ok. 750kg. Of if you want really cheap & probably requiring some work then search ebay for small 2berth UK built caravan such as ABI or Elddis vintage around 1990. Several models well under a tonne fully laden.

Freedom looks really interesting. I like the idea of it all being a moulded section 'van
Now to try and find one at sensible money

Just be careful with the Freedom caravans, because the lining/insulation is glued to the inside of the caravan it can drop and fall off over time as the glue ages (ive read reports of roughly 15 years) and turns to dust.
There are kits you can buy that from the looks of them look fairly easy to fit yourself.
Just something to consider, possibly spend a little bit more and get a more modern van.
