See if you can spin the offending roller by hand and if you can then it's evidence that the mechanism drive pin has sheared. If not then as the mover is 10 years old it could well be a corroded or broken connection which will require a visual inspection as it may just be a new electrical connecting spade.
We had a problem with ours. The one side wouldnt engage. Gave it a good spray with WD40, and after trying a few times is now fine. Hope you get it sorted!

Hi I first purchased my powertouch mover on my previous van in 2008and have since had it put on current van, However i had the same problem around two years ago one wheel was fine and the other was intermittent.
When I checked connections I moved one of the spade connectors as it looked a bit corroded as tango has already mentioned and it started working fine and has been ever since. When I have the van serviced I now ask the engineer to lubricate generally which has improved it a lot especially when engaging the rollers as they had become really stiff
I have a power touch on my Elddis Wisp, very important to me as an older, single lady. It was fitted in 2008, it has never been serviced and works well. I have been thinking should I get Powertouch to come and do so? Do any of you folk have yours regularly serviced by them?
You would normally have your mover checked over with the annual van service. If you dont have an annual van service, the mover is the last thing to worry about.
As for the OP's issue, it could be the brushes in the motor need replacing, or, a dodgy connection.
I do have it serviced regularly, but not sure if the mover was serviced this time or previous. I remember when it was fitted Powertouch expected to service it. I wasn't sure if the company who services my van would do any work necessary on it or merely lubricate it.
My query really is whether or not it should preferably be done by Powertouch. I would certainly not be using my caravan without necessary servicing etc!

Id say it depends who you use for the services. I made a point of asking the mobile service guy i use to look over the mover as well. He said he would be doing as a matter of course; if it was on the van, he would be checking it. Nothing left untouched. He does a good job every year, and gets my repeat business every year. Unlike a lot of dealers, who see customers as nothing but cash-cows.
