hi, has anyone used these to fix wheel arch cover upon to caravan. I use figure 8 channel and put the flap up with suction hooks but these often come of to easily.
I have used some called SNADS. Very good, low profile and stick well, used in the sailing world to hold screens & covers. The only down-side is the price.

We have used the figure of 8 channel with suction hooks for several years and never had a problem with this method. However, the surface area has to be cleaned first for them to stick efficiently and with a lick on the sucker first they bond well and have a job to pull them off when packing away.
thank you
I looked up the Snads and the price does look expensive
only 2 per pack kit
The suction hooks I used are old so perhaps I need to replace with new ones
The Kampa Limpets are really good, you'd need to put a hole in your wheel arch cover (they sell a hole punch for around £10 and a pack of 8 limpets is around £20). We used sunction pads but the limpets are much better.
