Hi,
Not familiar with this system but has the water heater drain valve been shut since draining down for winter ?.
Also is the caravan circuit breaker reset ?.
As I say, not familiar with this system but in our panics we can forget the obvious.
Good luck.
Regards,
Greg
If it doesn't clear after checking for any obvious problems, try to reset the system on the control panel. We had what appears to be the same fault on our Swift over Christmas 2015 and had no heat or hot water for the duration of our stay, returning to the dealer, a faulty control panel was diagnosed and replaced. Hope you can get sorted and it's nothing serious enjoy your stay.
This code is commonly a PCB fault and needs replacing. But on the heater is a panel at the back with this board, maybe worth checking that the 10amp slow blow fuse has not blown. If you check this make sure you have mains power turned off.
We had a problem with a heater when we had a challenger - it was a fuse on the pcb. had to strip the thing down to get at it. It was under the front seat offside.
Thanks for your replies folks. No wifi on site so relying on pubs for it. We have managed with a fan heater and boiling kettle for washing up. Luckily there is a shower on site. Van booked in to dealers a week on monday, hope the problem is covered by warranty.
Have done all the things suggested. Dealer said it may be the fuse in boiler as they have had other swifts in with this problem. Good job we are just on a short break and not halfway down France. J x
Still carry a fan heater and a gas ring, don't take up much space. Gas ring was used once when OH underestimated gas left in bottle and we couldn't find a supplier, and the heater last Easter in the awning. Hope it's a quick fix and you're ok at the moment
