We're in the process of buying an old caravan, a Compass Shadow 4 berth. Would anyone know where I could find some information on this caravan. It's old and needs TLC but we'd like to read up on it a little before we begin.

Check out the fixed it threads in the repairs and servicing section.

There is a fixed it club and it will certainly open your eyes as to the horrors behind what may appear to be a small repair. Quite often it can turn into a major rebuild.

What do you need to know? I think there were several versions so you would need to post up the exact model eg 440/4 and the actual age.
