If you phone Swift Caravans in Hull on 01482 847332 they probably will send you one out by post for a small fee. That's how I obtained a Coachman handbook for my 1999 model.

They replied to my mail asking for the chassis number of the van so the can send me one. Don't know how long it will take but not received it as yet. Will update the forum once it arrives.
