Do you use the shower? Our friends have the same caravan (2010 model) and have never used the shower and have no issues with damp in the bathroom.
There appears to be a gap between the shower tray and walls which looks like a design fault.

We had a 534 prior to our Unicorn. We used the shower in it and had no problems.
It could be the shower tray not sealed, a leaking water pipe to the sink or shower or a drain pipe leaking.
I'm surprised a dealer cannot find it.
Only other possibility is seams or roof leaking, a pain but can be difficult to track down.

When i bought my van a couple of months back, my friend came with me to view it, he mentioned to the dealer (they have sold brand new Baileys for years) that he had a Pegasus 534.
The dealer told him that early versions of the alu-tech vans were "designed to leak" (ridiculous, i know!) because Bailey were so confident in the alu-tech design. Unfortunately this does cause issues with the floors though - and they have had many, many vans back in for warranty work because of this.
Sounds like a load of rubbish to me but that's what he told us.

I have a 2010 model Bailey Pegasus 524 and never use the shower. We had water leaking into the shower area and into the toilet cassette locker when it rained heavily. When being serviced in January this tear the service engineer pointed out that the wooden flooring at the back offside of the van was rotten, this was repaired under the 6 year damp ingress warranty. It appears it was a combination of water getting through the toilet cassette locker seal and through the seals at the back of the van. Check the underside of the van under the shower to check if the floor is solid or is rotting. Is it still within 6 years water ingress warranty, if so and if you discover rot get it to your dealers quickly.

I seem to recall the first generation Pegasus had a 10 year warranty, ours was a 2010. It was subsequently reduced to 6 with a cost option to extend it. Wonder why?

Mine is a first generation Pegasus and all the advertising stated the 10 year warranty but this 10 year warranty claim was a bit of sharp practice from Bailey. The service book warranty has a heading "10 year body shell integrity guarantee" which is clarified in the wording below, "The Bailey Alu-Tech caravan is covered by a ten(10) year bodyshell guarantee , which comprises of a six(6)year standard warranty cover and a four(4) year chargeable extension to the standard warranty cover."
To be fair Bailey did carry out the warranty work despite the fact that the service was carried out a few weeks after the 6 year anniversary of purchasing the van.
