I think you know the answer already. If I remember correctly your van has a boat roof so is very low at the sides. We had a 1991 Pioneer XL which I think was similar. Very nice van apart from the double bed which was only 3'4" wide.
Unfortunately modern vans are higher than the older ones, probably due to bigger wheels and high flat ceilings inside.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
