We need a little more information as to what which charging system you are referring to. Is it the switch for 12 volt charging from the car or the switch for the 240 volt mains onboard charger when on electric hook up?

If you know where the onboard mains charger is there should be an ON/OFF switch located near it. On mine it's an orange rocker switch that illuminates when switched on.

There should be a switch on the panel that say's car-van put the switch in the van posistion.
