I had this happen a few years ago to my previous van. the ABS lower panel at the rear was damaged at one end when they were moving it and didn't fully apply the hand brake. They actually rang me straight away, telling me what had happened, and asked me to call in as soon as possible. The damage was actually quite minor, and they offered to have it repaired, or give me a years storage for free. I took the latter as I knew I could repair it quite easily. It took me a couple of hours to do, the hardest part being removing and refitting the panel.
