The weights of caravans can vary even with a 2 berth so it may help if you provide details on the towcar you will be using first. Once we know the kerbweight of the vehicle then any recommendations would be based on a safe match.

Freedom caravans are lightweight and don't leak. We had one 8 years, was great, still miss it (a bit)
We saw a lovely new pop top 2 berth at the show, I'll see if I can find it on Google

We used to have a Swift Challenger 480, the 2 seats converted into to good size singles or a double also had a great size shower and toilet.
