hi we have recently bought a xplore 304 with the whale heating system we recently went in to show family it all working but we had red lights flashing on the control panel the top flashes once and the bottom as a 3 flash sequence this is all new to us can anyone help please. also do i have to have both gas and electric connected for it to work
Hi, looking at the explore it has a different control panel to our Bailey. I would recommend calling Whale themselves, we have and their customer service is extremely good.
I think you have a 'lock out' - the manual explains how to clear it but from memory - from the off position turn the knob to on then off quickly (within 2.5 seconds) also make sure the thermostat knob is turned up. May take several attempts.
Ps this can also happen on the hot water system.
