We know how you feel, we're also itching to get out in the caravan. Our 1st trip is at Easter, Eye Kettleby Lakes at Melton Mowbray.
Whereabouts in Norfolk are you going?
We will be staying in Wighton which is between Wells next the sea and Walsingham. We went twice last year and liked it so much we are going back twice this year !!
We went and had a look at a Cl called Barleywood at the weekend at a South Creake which is not far from where you will be. Unfortunately the earliest we can get booked in there is for the weekend that straddles Sept and Oct. Its such a lovely area I sure you'll have a lovely time whatever the weather.
We are out at Easter to Charmouth CCC site as our first out as well with our new to us caravan. Can't wait , I know the feeling " big kid" Moorlander 999. First timer so beware if anyone else there as well as we may be asking for help on how things work!
Great to have some bookings we have a 4 weeks so far and some weekends can't wait...
One question ....
You say your caravan is all tucked up in the garage ? Does it fit ? Did you raise the roof or is it a folder ? Only I am considering lifting my garage roof 1ft to put the van in ?..

It's a large garage, with a 3m insulated roller shutter door. We used it as a workshop at first but now we just use it for our cars and the Full-size two berth caravan. The problem being - the bigger the space the more junk you put inside :)

We have a week in Whitby booked and a fortnight at Corfe Castle so far. More to come as well.
Man I love holidays!
We found a great CL in Lockton which is a very small village in the road from Pickering to Whitby. It's on a review I submitted for uk campsite - I think :)
Love the anticipation of trips booked. Just confirmed for Easter in Dalbeatie, and rally booked for early June in France. Haven't told the dogs yet as they get too excited!
All my annual leave is already booked up with camping trips, first being the week after Easter, so Easter weekend will be spent cleaning, sorting and packing! Cannot wait

That's why I never post dates until the end of the year when the caravan is tucked away again for winter - I totally agree with you - you don't know who is reading open forums .
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
