From the M25 (west, not Dartford), UKCS says A23/A27, ViaMichelin says A22. Last time we used the A27 it was a nightmare, so any thoughts please? we will be staying at The Homestead CS, Ersham Road.

Autoroute says A23/A27 as the quickets option by 2 minutes compared with the A22 via East Grinstead which is also the shorter journey but on probably less fast roads.

The A22 south is currently closed from the M25 due to major resurfacing work there is a short diversion around it via a couple of roundabouts.

When are you travelling? The only thing I can find is closure of the slip road onto the northbound a23 coming from the eastbound a27 next week. Also some lane closures, both overnight.

Tomorrow morning you'll be fine M23/A23/A27 unless there are accidents. Roadworks are overnight so won't affect you.------------- Ollie
