does anybody know if you can buy the pin an lock/key set separately....bought a 2008 lunar quasar and it came with the No8 red insert and chassis receiver fitted but nothing else...

Getting them in line can be a right pain in the backside if you don't have a mover.
They are stupidly expensive I just have a wheel clamp on mine it's a twin axle, the insurance didn't stipulate one so I'm certainly not buying one.
bought mine from Gumtree £40. Sent Alko a photo of the receiver and they sent me the bolt/key.
On my last van had a nemesis,definitely stop some toe rag from going of with it. See forum this site for photos.

Been looking on ebay may buy a second hand unit coz only need the lock and bolt so I can fit it already got the red insert..
