Anyone else had to deal with their customer service?
I have to say it's been a 10/10 for me and I'm not the first owner.
I've been using swift talk forum, and has been excellent so far.

Yeah I totally agree, I noticed my secondhand swift had a slight yellowing door I thought I would ask on swift talk as just bought the caravan and just joined swift talk, omg they jumped straight in it the same day and put the wheels in motion to sort it out.
I really wasn't expecting anything to be honest especially not from the company itself.
So far I've been emailed contacted via phone calls to sort the problem out, it's outstanding the the aftercare even though I'm not the first owner.
I wouldn't normally post about this sort of thing, probably because I've never had this kind of customer care.

That has been my experience too. I asked on Swiftalk about a handbook for a quite old Swift I bought and an email copy was in my inbox next day. Excellent service!

Warranty work they will collect your van from any Swift dealer you arrange it with and then return to them again

So you have to decide which is the best route, 4 journeys between Kent and Hull or pay a local bodyshop.

Off all the caravans we have owned, eleven brand new ones to date we have found none of the other manufacturers would of offered to do it once the warranty has run out even if you had been the first owner. The only thing if it does go back they will probably give you a factory tour.

The warranty actual carries over to the next owner and it does state body defects. I think the 10 year goes down to 6 years from new to the second owner.
Trouble is being self employed I stand to lose a lot of money with time off plus fuel etc.
It's not that bad though it's not as white as the actual body work and I've seen worse a lot worse on a new coachman.
What ever the outcome I can not fault swift one bit.
Some people have said it should be picked up from your local dealer, but I bought it private so not sure how that would stand.
