Has anyone removed a omnivent fan assembly? I have to remove mine as I am getting low damp readings along one edge.......resealing required

Remove the screws holding the trim inside the van and you will see screws with clamping pieces which pull it down tight on roof. After undoing these you will have to go round sealant to loosen it.

What do you mean by low damp readings? Usually people get concerned at high damp readings.
How low were your damp readings that demand a reseal?
