Welcome to UKCS. Your caravan is neither here nor there: we do need to know the model of your Thetford toilet, because Thetford had diagrams for them all. Maybe someone with the same caravan can let you know what that model has.
And are you sure it’s the fuse that’s at fault? Our toilet pump seized up, changing the fuse made no difference.

My guess by the dates, is that it is either a Thetford CWE250 or the slightly different and later 260. The 250 blade fuse is normally on a little raised bracket located at the rear of the cassette, and often gets corroded by splashes of water coming off the newly emptied cassette when it['s pushed back in. Covering it with a small plastic bag solves this. On the 260, the fuse is located on the main fuse board and also powers the water pump so if that's OK, it's not the fuse.

Dave.

If it helps anyone else, the model number for Thetford toilets is on the underside of the cassette.

I'm not familiar with your unit, but on my caravan, the Thetford C260 toilet fuse is on the main fuse panel. That in turn is controlled by the main control panel (12v power needs turning on before toilet pump is powered!)

Thetfords documentation may also give some insight, with installation, operating and spares diagrams all offering tidbits of info that can prove useful! https://www.thetford.com/en/overview-all-products/

You haven't said why you seek the fuse, but if the pump is not flushing, it's often the pump has seized after a period of idleness. Frequently it can be revived by extracting it from the tank and gently pushing the rotor around with a thin screwdriver or similar until it rotates freely. If the pump has seized, and too prolonged pushes of the operating button have been employed in an attempt to get it to run, the fuse can blow through being overloaded. Easy test for seized pump and good fuse, is do lights dim slightly when the pump button is pressed - if yes, fuse is sound and pump has seized, if no, fuse or pump may have failed.
