We are all to ready to complin and moan when things go wrong.....well I would just like to sing the praises of this company. Awning world direct/camping international.
When the awning was ordered it only took two days to come, it is an air awning and on our first outing one of the storm poles had a very slow leak.
On returning I emailed them, they ordered me a new one from Sunncamp, it came but it was the wrong one, after speaking to Dean who I had been emailing he told me to change the bladder and he would arrange for the old one to be sent back.
I have emailed and spoken to him and he couldn't be more helpful, unfortunate there was a problem but it happens.
So praise where praise is due I can highly reccommend them.
