It makes you wonder exactly how the car was able turn not having a swivel point like a towball as the towed van had rear wheels and tyres on.
Still unbelievable though what risks people take.
I think the car and van were being towed by the first car in the photo?
I wonder though if the driver actually had a Uk issued licence? They didn't mention it but this is the kind if thing routinely seen in other lands if you get where I am coming from.
