Hi
Have ordered a caravan and they've asked if we want it sprayed externally with some guard stuff that stops the dirt getting established and protects agains uv. Is it worth it or is it possible just to maintain the van and keep it clean. What about the uv angle that it pupports to protect against.

I had mine done its been so much easier to clean, but time will tell less than a year on so no real benchamrk

Ours is eight years old and it shines like new, we just give it a good polish once a year. The only parts on ours that look dull are the plastic bits around the battery box and under bed locker, also around the wheel arches but I think this is always a problem.

Dont waste your money, you can buy the stuff off ebay for £25, its the same stuff they use on cars.
