We have an old caravan and only have curtains on the windows, it's far too light at night on some sites.
id there anything we could buy to put on the windows at night to keep out the light?

might be expensive but you can can retrofit window blinds as newer vans have fitted.

Cheaper alternative is a travel black out blind from mother care designed for kids when travelling.

I used the thermal insulation foil you get in the DIY stores when I had the camper van, worked ok and if you cut it oversize you can kinda jam it in place. Not sure about the front windows with them inclining but easy enough to fit a few suckers to hold it.

stickie backed Velcro would hold it in place! and don't forget the roof lights amazing how much light comes in from them
