Hi folks, first timer on forum.
My question is as follows:
I have a 2006 Abbey Spectrum 535, when entering the van on my right hand side is the aerial socket and 12v power outlet but nearest the entry door is a black on/off switch which I have no idea what it is for, any help identifying its use would be greatly appreciated.

Could be for your lights when you come home in the dark.
Put the lights on and see if it switches the lights on and off OR,maybe the awning light.

Connect a fully charged leisure battery up and then try the switch.

They are usually light switches if they are just inside the door.

OR it could be a master switch that turns everything off as you go out the door and lock up. mine has two master switches one for kitchen gear and battery charger and nearest door all lights even awning light.
