We have a similar fridge in our Elddis, one tip regarding the milk is to use only the large 2ltr bottles and store them in the lower door, l have never had a problem with them freezing there, and tbh, the only place that it has froze stuff in the main fridge has been on the top shelf at the back, under the freezer compartment.
I dont think that winter vent covers would make much difference tbh, they are more to keep out foul weather and road dirt than they are to keep the heat in, we had a pair for our Lunar, but never really needed them, so we have not bothered buying any for the Elddis.

Fridge covers are more for keeping the cold out in Winter, so that your fridge is not drawing in really cold air when it's working.
