We bought our hard wearing runner for £5 last year from Burton Trailer Centre who sell camping & caravan accesories and it was the only long one left in Green. The runners are designed specifically for caravans and folding campers as they are the correct width but usually come in different lengths.
I have been looking for a runner for mine just for the area along fridge, sink and cooker. It can only take a max of 57cm wide in this area but most runners seem to be 67, grrrrrr. Will watch here with interest!! Bought separate rugs for the front and back seating areas make the place lovely and homely :)
B at Q have really good long runners, they come in red green blue and beige ( we bought the beige one) cost £20 but are rubber backed and can go in the washing machine, we have a two berth largish van and the runner goes from the central chest all the way to just past the sink, and is nearly flush in width, really was the best thing I ever bought for the van :) washes up a treat and dries fast.

The road can be tough and rough, but what you put in you get back 10 x more.

Michael they are also soft like a carpet, so not harsh on bare feet, they are near the rugs in B&Q and are rolled up in cellophane , they are lightweight too.

I bought a brilliant runner from ebay last August. Its washable and even got chocolate icecream out!! We use it in the central area and then use the caravan carpets at the front and back.
Wonder if they still sell them, will go and investigate.

We took out our caravan carpets (pale blue/grey, needed hoovering twice a day), replaced with Marvel Mats from Dunelm, mottled beige/brown which are great, can easily be scrubbed clean.
When ever I'm out I'm looking for rugs.
