Hi all. We bought a Coachman Pastiche 2005 last year. It was parked on the previous owners drive for two years with windows shut, blinds up. They only used the van off grind very rarely on hook up. At the time it was up for sale it was half the price of other vans of similar age and being a Coachman we went to look at it and purchased it. We found that all the front windows had welded themselves onto the rubber body seals. Getting the windows to unweld themselves was a nightmare. All three sealed units split. I took them off and joined them with the appropriate sealant. What a hell of a job. I bought 10 metres of body seals. Not having any idea of what i was doing and a little help from YouTube I've just fitting them. It's taken four days but all done. There was lots of other jobs to do to the van having been standing unused for two years but all done now. Hoping to get lots of Browny points when Mrs gets home from work.
The tyres are fine. Got a receipt for new ones fitted two years ago. Including the spare. No cracks on side walls and very very little usage. The spare which is in a cradle under the van open to all the elements still got sticker on the tread. It's a good thought from you. Used caravan owners take note. Caravan tyres are super important.

Well done, and much joy with your new toy. To keep your seals from sticking, apply talc or something silicone - lubricant spray, furniture polish - once a year.
