Sorry for the long first post...
I'm new to caravaning but have just bought a 2018 van. There was a stain near the front window (which with hindsight should have made me walk away) which the dealer said he would repair prior to delivery and the van would come with a full damp report and warranty - lots of 5 star reviews so trusted him.
When the van was delivered the strain was gone and there was a service report saying no damp. However, I've been away this week and noticed the vinyl has started to peel. I bought a damp meter and readings around window are 30%+. On closer inspection it looks like they've just put new vinyl on and a bead of silicone on a part of the awning rail.
I'm feeling stupid but also very annoyed. The van is under warranty so hopefully the dealer will sort but I don't trust him now given the damp report was clearly falsified so am going to try to reject as it was only delivered 10 days ago. Does anyone have any experience or advice?
Thanks
