Have multiple problems with a 2013 lunar clubman, the worst being damp of 30% to 50%,around all the windows, bought the caravan as new last year, and this was noticed on the first service along with a gas leak. Any body had any problems?

New last year - just let Lunar sort it on the warranty.

Ours is a Delta TI with the same layout and we had 60% damp around the front nearside windows. Strangely enough we also had a small gas leak internally which was picked up on the second service by a mobile technician. Obviously overlooked by the dealership on the 1st service along with a water leak.
Luckily for you the caravan is still under warranty so get the dealership to rectify the issues.

Hi,

We have a Lunar Clubman SE bought new in Sept 2013.
We have had the front windows replaced under warranty during the first year and have just had the front locker replaced at first service in Oct 2014.

At the service we were told damp had been found around both front side windows (40% & 25% readings), the bedroom window (40%) and above and below the door (20%). The decals either side have also 'bubbled' and the seal on the kitchen window was observed to be faulty. We are taking the van in on the 17th Jan for a week to have these issue put right under warranty. The front windows do not sit flush (they didn't before replacement)and the dealer has sent a photo to Lunar to see if this is a warranty claim also...

Obviously we are extremely disappointed to find these issues after just one year! Not a good advert for Lunar... We will see if the faults get repaired satisfactorily but if there are any more within a short space of time then I would look to reject the van as not fit for purpose.

Does anyone have experience of getting a refund or a replacement van from Lunar, and under what circumstances? Any advice would be very welcome.

thanks,
Val
