The annual fiasco. Yes you can't book till nine but you are supposed to be able to login ready from seven. Having just finished last night's on call it is now not letting me login.
Just made my booking ok, but via the good old telephone.
I had been trying to sign in for ages and nothing doing, made the phone call bang on 9am and after 3 rings it was answered and booking done. No probs
I couldn't login either until 9.00, however when I did shortly after, I got all my bookings done in half an hour, much better than previous years so well done to someone.

I got straight through at 10.15 am
Booked eight sites one after the other all within minutes nothing about only one site booking at a time and having to log in again ,or 10 min restriction at all.
The new Easy book system is a Dream !!

The general consensus from Club members is that it has all been pretty straightforward. I don't see any point in logging on before 9.00am as I thought on the booking page you were being restricted to 10 minute window. Over the last couple of years the system has improved no end.
I have not booked anything as its too early to decide what we are doing next year.
Not tried.as we are retired not going to do weekends or bank hols! Go in the week and use CLs or minimum facilities sites in high season.
just booked a 3 month trip to Australia for after the dreaded xmas!!!

I'm sure on the caravan club website it said you couldn't ring to book. But a couple on here did and it worked! Well done. My hubby managed to login at 9.30am only because he was off work sick, and booked a site that's always very hard to get on. If he had been at work we wouldn't have been able to book the site until later, then it most probably would have been booked up. Think I'll email the club and tell them the 9am booking time only applies to the retired and unemployed and it's not fair on the folk that are working. Thanks for replying guys.

well done Caravan Club from us... logged on before 9am. got through to easy book to make my 1st site booking by 9.05am. All my bookings made by 9.25am.
hi i hate all these block booking because people are quick to book but not quick to cancal the times ive been on a c.club site and there are a lot of spaces and the warden has said we told people how ring up and they told them the site was full and the next day half turn up not ringing to cancal and its done me up a few times when ive been away and i want to book on the way home cheers .tom
hi iain m i think you got your facts wrong ive been a member for over 20 years and this goes on all the time people dont ring up to cancal but there quick to ring and block book and dont turn up its well known if you use the club more then a couple of weeks cheers .tom
Tom, I've been a member for 27 years and spent 80+ nights on CC sites this year, as we do every year. In fact spent pretty much all of my holidays since birth on CC sites.
The CC has published figures that pretty much prove block booking doesn't exist and certainly not in huge numbers.
Personally spoken to a number of wardens about this over the past few years, they all said 'no shows' were in penny numbers.
