We are looking for a caravan to hire for a few hours this friday to feature in a new series we are filming for Channel 5.

We will be filming this Friday daytime in Ruislip, Middlesex and are urgently seeking someone in the Greater London/Home Counties area who would be willing to rent their caravan for the day.

Such as two or four berth, year, preference to make & model and does it have to be immaculate or slightly "lived in" for the film?

I did ask him if he wanted to blow it up but he just wants it for 2hrs to film a scene on location. Fee is all agreed so should be an interesting afternoon. I will post up when its going to be on TV.

They will be fitting the van with a supercharged V8 and going for the land speed record of a caravan towing a Volvo :)

Easy enough, towed caravan to location & it took them about an hour to film the scene which was a bloke sitting inside the caravan drinking a can of beer, another bloke then walked up to the caravan, went inside & stabbed the bloke drinking beer to death, job done.

Got paid, got fed & towed caravan home again.

Its a drama documentary called 'First kill last kill' being filmed for Channel 5, this episode is about Peter Moore who murdered 4 men in 1995 including one in a caravan, so my 1985 'van was ideal for the part. Despite the desperate struggle & the fake blood the caravan interior apears to have survived unscathed.
