Hi,
I'm looking at buying a Bailey Ranger 550/6 Series 5 (2006-2008). I've read a lot about the problems with cracked end panels in vans of this vintage leading to possible damp problems, and obviously I want to avoid any nasty surprises (I've already viewed one van that had a bad damp problem and a new front panel).
I would like to know specifically whether the cracking problem was still present in the 2008 models from Bailey? I'd like to think Bailey might have rectified the problem by then, but I'd love to hear if anyone has any first hand knowledge of the matter. I've seen a nice 2008 model at a local dealership and if the cracking problem was sorted by that year then that would make it even more attractive.
Thanks!
