New lunar caravan [3 months old] & on switching on the CH at the Lincoln show [NO mains input]....NO GO ??
Pump wont work. " Boiler/system overheat" Hot water on Gas OK.
Back at home & after testing on mains +- Gas also the CH system only worked after Going into the "spanner" menu & selecting the middle icon of the 9 shown. I can now choose between AUTO or 12v [ it was already set to 12v] so I changed this to AUTO. System Worked FINE.
Disconnected the mains feed ...[& expecting it to auto select the 12v feed] = Nothing.!?
Mains feed back on & all OK ..tried 1 & 2 Kw & Gas Only ALL OK.
The dealer has tried to assist but taking it back to them in Chesterfield & us in North Leeds Not the best solution. Ring ALDE ..I DID- CLOSED ON FRIDAY ??
ANY IDEAS ANY BODY out there. Thanks in advance eh ..

I'm not quite clear what the problem is.
It can sometimes help to do a factory reset which will be explained in the manual.
